Remote Assistance for CEL-Mates
 
Live Remote Assistance
Do you need some help with the CEL web page, filling out forms, finding CEL information? With our live remote-assistance tool, a member of our support team can view your desktop and share control of your mouse and keyboard to get you on your way.
How to Get Support:

Call the Voucher Project and ask for help with the CEL web page. Here's the number: 688-2152

If you are concerned about security or about your computer's ability to handle the CELAssist program you can visit our remote assistance provider's FAQ page. You can also view a demonstration of a screen-sharing session at the Citrix website.
 
How It Works:
    Step 1:  Once you are on the phone with a Voucher Program representative, she will give you a special number code and then she will ask you to click on the red star. This will take you to our login page. You will enter your first and last name in the the web form and then put the code in the field below. You will also see a round yellow Click Here button to start the screen-sharing session.
Step 2:  Working with your representative the remote assistance program will prompt you to download a small virus-free plug-in.
Step 3:  With your permission, your support representative can view your screen and share control of your mouse and keyboard.
Step 4: 

You are in full control of your computer at all times. You can always take back control of your mouse and keyboard, and you can end the screen-sharing session at any time.
 

Now you are ready to go:

  1. Call the Voucher Project at 688-2152
  2. Ask for remote assistance
  3. Get your code
  4. Click on the Star
  5. Download software (if this is your first time).
  6. With help from your Voucher Project representative, follow the steps.
